Request for Quotation for Exterior Painting The Sam Basdeo Library Building The University College Of The Cayman Islands (Ucci) Facilities Department Requires A Qualified Painting Contractor To Carry Out The Full Exterior Painting Of The Sam Basdeo Library Building Located On The Ucci Campus At 168 Olympic Way, Grand Cayman. The Exterior Surfaces Of The Building Have Deteriorated Due To Weathering, Uv Exposure, And The Effects Of The Tropical Climate, And Require Preparation And Repainting To Restore The Buildings Appearance And Protect Its External Fabric. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Cayman Islands Building Code, Ucci Health And Safety Standards, And Any Additional Requirements Issued By The Facilities Manager. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Surface Preparation, Materials, Labor, Equipment, And Site Protection Required To Complete The Works To A Professional Standard. The Contractor Shall Supply All Materials, Labor, Tools, Scaffolding, And Equipment Necessary To Complete The Following Works To The Exterior Of The Sam Basdeo Library.
