Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services in Base Hospital, Kahawatta. Non Refundable Bid Fee (Rs.) For each Hospital/Institution Rs. 3,000.00 Value of Bid Bond Rs. 300,000.00 Scaled bids are received up to 10.00 a.m. on 27.10.2026 by the Chairman, Procurement Committee of the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Department of Health Services from qualified institutions for obtaining the Security Services and Cleaning Services from 01st February 2027 until 31st January 2028 (inclusive of both days) for the Hospitals and Health Institutions mentioned under Paragraph 02 of the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Department of Health Services.
