The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In Chełm: Ul. Bolesław Wirski, Henryk Wieniawski Along With Technical Infrastructure. Source Of Financing: The Investment Is Expected To Be Co-Financed From The Government Road Development Fund. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Principles Of Technical Knowledge Using Applicable Regulations And Technical Conditions According To The Design Documentation, Including: A) Service Surveying Of The Works Being Carried Out, B) Preparing A Project For The Temporary Organization Of Works For The Duration Of The Works, C) Developing A Material And Financial Schedule For Construction Works, D) Carrying Out Control Measurements During The Implementation Of The Works, Including Disappearing Works And After The Completion Of The Works, And Presenting The Test Results For Approval By The Ordering Party Or The Appointed Supervision Inspector, E) Developing And Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation, F) Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, G) Making By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of All Notifications And Arrangements And Obtaining By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Providing The Ordering Party With All Final And Unconditional Decisions And Permits Necessary To Allow The Investment For Use, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Decision On The Use Permit (If Required), H) Handing Over The Investment For Use To The Ordering Party. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex No. 6 To Swz;2) Decisions, Bills Of Quantities, Traffic Organization, Technical Specification For Works Execution And Acceptance (Stwior) - Annex No. 7 To Swz;3) Technical Design (Wieniawskiego) - Annex No. 8 To Swz;4) Technical Design (Wirskiego) - Annex No. 9 To Swz;5) Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design (Wieniawskiego) - Annex No. 10 To The Swz;6) Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design (Wirskiego) - Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within 10 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract And No Later Than August 14, 2027.
