The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof, Chimneys And Gable Wall In Kończyce 5, Plot No. 8, Commune. New, Area Secular, (Inventory No. 52/0604) Some Of The Renovation Works On The Facility In Question Have Already Been Carried Out In The 1St Stage Of Work. During The Works, After Dismantling Half Of The Ondulin Covering, It Was Found Necessary To Increase The Scope Of Works Due To The Poor Technical Condition Of The Supporting Elements Of The Truss, Which Could Not Be Precisely Determined Earlier. The Scope Of The Renovation Covered By The Project Includes: Scope Of Work - Roofing, Chimney: 1.Dismantling The Remaining Roof Covering Made Of Corrugated Bituminous Onduline Boards From Half Of The Roof, 2. Dismantling The Batten From The Remaining Part Of The Roof, 3.Replacement Of Wall Panels On The Existing Wall In The Northern And Southern Parts, Replacement Should Be Carried Out In Sections, Connected Using A Carpentry Joint ~50 Cm Long And 2 M16 Screws, Class 8.8 On A Wide Washer. Beam Cross-Section: 24X24cm. Place The Mural On A Layer Of Moisture-Proof Insulation. Locally, Approximately 2 Layers Of Bricks Should Be Rebuilt At The Top Of The Wall Due To Possible Degradation Of The Bricks, The Places Of Reinforcement And Brick Additions Should Be Plastered From The Outside, 4. Replacement Of The Rafters With New Ones In The Amount Of 30 Pcs. With A Cross-Section Of 22X22cm Each And A Length Of 8.30M - C27 Wood (The Exact Dimensions Of The Rafters Should Be Taken From The Building Measurements). The Contractor Is Left With The Method Of Leveraging The Existing Elements Of The Roof Truss Structure To Be Retained, The New Rafters Should Be Protected With A Biocidal And Fire-Retardant Impregnation,5.The Existing Steel Ties Should Be Completely Replaced With New Ones. Their Loosening Occurred When The Roof Structure Was Unloaded From The Onduline Boards, Which, Combined With The Degraded Wall Paneling, Resulted In The Loosening Of The Carpentry Bonds.
