1. Name Of The Task Given By The Ordering Party: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 3329D Ścinawka Dolna - Raszków Over A Length Of 0.7 Km. 2. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 3329D, On A 700-Meter Long Section Connecting With The Edge Of The Road Of Provincial Road No. 386 (Dw 386).3. In Accordance With The Auxiliary Cost Estimate And Site Plan, The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory, Demolition And Earthworks; 2) Execution Of Drainage Elements; 3) Construction Of The Base And Bituminous Surface (Binding And Wearing Course); 4) Execution Of Finishing Works (Cutting And Filling Of Roadsides). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Detailed Specifications Technical (Sst), Applicable Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector; 2) Providing Surveying Services, Necessary Equipment, Materials And Personnel; 3) Securing And Proper Marking Of The Construction Site And Ensuring The Safety Of Road Traffic, People And Property; 4) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Limits Disruptions To Road Users To The Minimum Necessary And Ensuring Access To And Access To Adjacent Properties, To The Extent Resulting From The Technology Of The Works; 5) Securing The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of Drainage Facilities, Including Reconstructed Culverts Under The Road And Exits And Desilted Ditches Roadside; 6) Performing The Required Laboratory Tests And Quality Control Measurements, Including, Among Others: Tests Of The Compaction Index (For The Base And Shoulders), Measurements Of Evenness And Transverse Slopes, And Detailed Tests Of The Properties Of Asphalt Mixtures And Their Compaction Index, Strictly In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Sst; 7) Proper Management Of Materials From The Demolition Of Existing Culverts, Excess Soil From Excavations And Silt From Ditches, As Well As Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, While Taking Into Account The Fact That The Ordering Party Allows For The Incorporation Of The Acquired Asphalt Milling Material As A Supplement To The Material In The Roadsides; 8) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas After Completion Of The Works;9) Providing The Ordering Party With Complete Acceptance And As-Built Documentation Along With The Required Approvals, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity For The Materials Used (Including Aggregates, Culvert Pipes, Binders And Asphalt Concrete Mixtures) And The Results Of The Tests Performed.4.
