The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Execution Of An Air Conditioning Installation At The Headquarters Of The Wola District Court Of The Capital City Of Warsaw At Ul. Syreny 18 In Warsaw In The Design And Build Formula.2.General Information: The Building Where The Air Conditioning Installation Will Be Carried Out Is Located In Warsaw At Ul. Syreny 18. It Is A Residential Building With A Basement, Consisting Of A Ground Floor And Two Floors. The Scope Of Installation Work For The Air Conditioning System Covers The Ground Floor, Roof And Basement. The Building Has Two Entrances From Syreny Street And An Emergency Exit From The Yard. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. The Organization Of Works Must Take Into Account The Specificity Of The Facility And The Resulting Limitations And Must Not Disrupt The Operation Of The Facility. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Air Conditioning System; B) Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Approved By The Ordering Party; C) Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.5.In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order And Performing Activities Related To General Construction, Electrical And Ventilation Works Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Under An Employment Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of These People And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control This Employment As Well As Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Contract Template.6.Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Related To Construction Works At The Wola District Office Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure.
