Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Garbage Truck

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Garbage Truck, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 2 To This Swz.2.When Specifying Standards Requirements, The Contracting Authority Indicates This As A Requirement To Meet These Standards Or Equivalent Ones.3.The Contractor, Together With The Vehicle, Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Necessary Documents For Registration Of The Vehicle As Well As The Operating Manual And Warranty Book.4.In Addition: 1) The Contractor Must Indicate An Authorized Warranty Service Authorized To Carry Out Warranty Repairs Of The Vehicle And Its Body In Poland, Located Closest To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 2) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Chassis, Without Mileage Limitation, Is 24 Months; 3) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Garbage Truck Body Is 24 Months. 4) The Term Of All Guarantees Begins From The Date Of Handing Over The Complete Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Operating Instructions And Train Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Technical Services And Operation Within The Deadline Set In Consultation With The Ordering Party. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Install Gps Devices Or Other Systems Monitoring The Vehicles Operation In The Vehicle, Without Losing The Vehicle Manufacturers Warranty. 7) After Delivering The Vehicle With All Required Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party During The Vehicle Registration Process. In Particular, He Is Obliged To Complete All Documents Required By State Institutions, E.G. The Department Of Communication.8) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Order, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. 6. Delivery Of The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And The Associated Costs Are Borne By The Contractor.
