Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment Related To The Ot Area In Order To Improve Cybersecurity Of The Ot Resources Owned By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Grant Project Titled Cybersecure Waterworks Pgk Żyrardów.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Equipment Related To The Ot Area In Order To Improve The Cybersecurity Of The Ot Resources Owned By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Implementation Of The Grant Project Entitled Cybersafe Water Supply Pgk Żyrardów.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Technical Specification) - Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Supply Of Servers For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period Of 48 Months Or 60 Months. The Above Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. 4. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order Within 60 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.5.The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Have A Ce Declaration Of Conformity Or An Equivalent Document Confirming That The Equipment Has Been Admitted To Trading In The European Economic Area.6.The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 And 19 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Reject The Offer If It Includes An Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, Or An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of This Act (Or The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision). In Order To Enable Verification, The Contractor Submits A Declaration In This Regard In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) Along With A Mandatory List Of Ict Elements Covered By The Offer.
