The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of Sanitary Rooms On The Ground Floor Of The Municipal Office Building At Ul. Zwycięstwa 21 In Order To Separate The Comfort Room, Delivery And Assembly Of The Couch And The Lift, As Well As The Development Of As-Built Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires That The Couch Be Equipped With A Foldable Side Rail To Prevent Falls. The Ordering Party Requires That The Couch And The Lift Be Equipped With An Electric Drive. A Detailed Description Of The Item Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Contract. Note: 1.The Ordering Party Informs That If There Is A Direct Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Other Technical Reference Systems In The Submitted Design Documentation, The Documents Cited Above Should Be Treated As Examples And Equivalent Technical Studies May Be Used.2.The Provided Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated Only As An Illustrative/Auxiliary Element.
