Part I - Emotion Regulation Training - Group I.1) Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Workshop Entitled Emotion Regulation Training For 1 Training Group (Group I)2) Target Group: Adoptive Families Living In The Silesian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Recruiting Participants.3) Number Of Participants: Maximum 6 Adoptive Families, I.E. Approximately 12 Parents And Approximately 12 Children (Maximum 24 People).4) Number Of Teaching Hours: 12 Teaching Hours (2 Training Days X 6 Teaching Hours Each). Note: The Workshops Include Separate Classes For Parents And Children (Conducted In Parallel) And Joint Classes For Parents And Children.5) Purpose Of The Workshop: The Aim Of The Workshop Will Be, Among Others, Developing Participants Skills In Regulating Emotions. In The Case Of Parents, The Workshops Are Also Intended To Improve Their Competences In Supporting The Child In Dealing With Difficult Emotions, Including Anger, Sadness And Fear, And Building Their Own Self-Regulation Strategies. 6) Minimum Substantive Scope Of Classes For Parents: Areas Of Stress And Self-Regulation; Self-Control And Self-Regulation; Disturbances In The Area Of Emotion Regulation In Children After Experiencing Trauma; Adaptive And Maladaptive Emotion Regulation Strategies; Stages Of Self-Regulation; Parents Self-Regulation - Why Should You Start With Yourself? How To Stay Calm When Things Are Most Difficult? How To Support Your Child In Coping With Emotions; Practical Exercises In The Field Of Emotion Regulation. Minimum Substantive Scope Of Classes For Children: Where Do Emotions Come From? Recognizing, Naming And Understanding Emotions; How To Talk About Emotions? What Makes Me Stressed, Angry And Sad? How To Deal With Difficult Emotions And How To Express Them In An Appropriate Way? The Ordering Party Provides Only The Minimum Thematic Scope Of The Workshop. The Contractor Is Responsible For Preparing A Detailed Schedule Of Meetings And Presenting It To The Ordering Party For Approval.7) Place Of Implementation: The Workshops Will Be Conducted In One Of The Hotels Located In The Silesian Voivodeship - In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.8) Additional Information:  The Workshops Will Be Held On The Weekend (Saturday-Sunday) Between 10:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M. - 1 Day Of The Workshop And Between 8:00 A.M. And 15:00 - Day 2 Of The Workshop The Ordering Party Provides Accommodation (From Saturday To Sunday) And Meals For Participants And Two Trainers.
