The Subject Of The Order Is: Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Central Heating And Hot Water Installations As Part Of The Project Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Wsez Building In Rzeszowie With Location In Sanok Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting An Annex To This Swz.2. The Entire Project Was Divided Into:) Stage I - Development Of Technical Documentation Along With The Necessary Administrative Decisions Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Technical Documentation Adopted By The Ordering Party Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works.3. Stage I Includes: 1) Preparation, Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Provided By The Ordering Party, Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements And Notification Of Construction/Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, 2) Obtaining Starting Materials For Design On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, 3) Preparing And Submitting Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation To The Ordering Party4. Stage Ii Includes: 1) Execution (After Obtaining The Notification Of Construction/Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit) Of All Construction Works And Supplies Related To The Subject Of The Order, 2) Land Development After Completion Of All Construction Works And Installation Of Equipment, 3) Preparation Of As-Built And Acceptance Documentation For The Completed Investment 4) Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Work As Well As The Method And Conditions Of Implementation Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract And The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Pfu).5. The Contractor Will Ensure The Participation Of Industry Designers And Work Managers, In Particular In The Following Specialties: Architecture, Construction And Construction, Installation In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Sanitary Devices, And Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices, If The Scope Of The Study Requires The Participation Of Designers Of These Industries6. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Transfer To The Ordering Party Unconditionally, Without Additional Fees, All Copyrights To All Authors Studies Made As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.7. The Design Documentation Should Be Complete And Mutually Coordinated In Technical Terms And Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Laws And Regulations, Polish Standards, European Standards, Technical And Construction Regulations And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge In Accordance With The Provisions Of Swz.8.
