The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Parking Bays Along With The Reconstruction Of The Adjacent Sidewalk Along Ul. Gałczyńskiego In Olsztyn, On Plot No. 51/84, District 110, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled: Construction Of Parking Bays Along With Reconstruction Of The Adjacent Sidewalk Along Ul. Gałczyńskiego W Olsztyn, Stwiorb And Industry Arrangements. The Documentation Includes The Construction Of Bays Intended For Parking Passenger Cars And The Reconstruction Of The Existing Pedestrian Route. The Project Envisages Three Bays: Bay No. 1 - 3 Stands, Bay No. 2 - 10 Stands, Including 1 For People With Disabilities, And Bay No. 3 - 3 Stands. The Sidewalk Is Generally 2.30 M Wide, Locally 1.80 M, And In The Area Of The Stand For People With Disabilities, 2.90 M. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 4 To Swz), Which Consists Of: Construction Design (Pab, Pzt And Pt), Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Dendrological Inventory, Vegetation Management Design, Geotechnical Opinion, Industry Arrangements And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Scope Works To Be Performed Under The Order In Particular Include: - Preparatory, Measurement And Demolition Works Of Existing Surfaces And Road Elements, - Construction Of A Roadbed, Preparation And Compaction Of The Subsoil And Construction Of Construction Layers Of The Surface, - Construction Of Two Parking Bays, Including A Stand For People With Disabilities, - Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk Along With The Construction Of A Concrete Block Surface, Edges And Curbs, - Performance Of Necessary Works Related To Surface Drainage And Regulation Of Existing Infrastructure Devices Technical, - Securing The Conflicting Power And Telecommunications Infrastructure And Securing The Existing Heating Network In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Network Owners, - Securing The Vegetation, - Making And Implementing Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Permanent Traffic Organization, - Tidying Up And Restoring The Area After The Completion Of The Works. The Order Was Divided Into A Basic Order And An Option Right. The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes The Construction Of 2 Parking Bays (Bays No. 2 And 3) Along With The Reconstruction Of The Adjacent Sidewalk. Scope Of Options No. 1 Includes The Construction Of Parking Bay No. 1 With The Adjacent Sidewalk. The Scope Of Option No. 2 Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Specified In The Technical Design Entitled Modernization Of The Sidewalk Along Gałczyńskiego Street In Olsztyn. The Ordering Party Will Submit A Declaration On The Exercise Of The Option Right To The Contractor Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
