1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Square At The Facility No. 5 Of The Sbp On The Premises Of The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (Zuok) In Olsztyn, Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. The Task Includes Preparation Of The Construction Site And Complete Construction Of A Parking And Maneuvering Surface In The Kr4 Category. Additionally, The Task Will Involve Replacing Damaged Curbs Around The Lawn Located Directly Next To The Planned Investment, Surrounding The Companys Smoking Room. As Part Of The Planned Investment, The Contractor Will: • Remove The Existing Curbs Around The Investment Area, • Remove The Curbs Around The Lawn Next To The Smoking Room, • Perform Preparatory And Earthworks, Demolish The Existing Surfaces (Asphalt-Concrete, Paving Stones), • Make Structural Layers Of The Future Surface, • Secure The Networks That Will Be Discovered During The Works, And, If Necessary, Use Arot Or Equivalent Protective Pipes, • Will Finish The Investment Area In Line With The Existing Surface Of The Maneuvering Roads, • Recreate The Curbs On The Lawn Behind The Smoking Room, • Recreate The Defects In The Lawn Of The Area Behind The Smoking Room.2.To Perform Basic Works, The Following Temporary And Accompanying Works Are Necessary: ​​• Preparatory Works, • Delivery Of The Necessary Materials, Devices And Equipment To The Supplies Site And Their Independent Unloading Using Own Equipment, • Dismantling Of Existing Building Elements And Installations Or Their Parts, • Carrying Out Tests, Measurements And Checks Of Works In Accordance With Engineering Practice, • Removal Of Unnecessary Materials From The Work Site, • Tidying Up The Work Site After The Works.3.The Contractor Will Develop As-Built Documentation Of The Modernization - As-Built Geodetic Measurement In Electronic (Including Editable And Pdf - 1 Copy) And Paper (3 Copies) Versions; The Ordering Party Has *Dwg Bases For Design.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 6 To The Swz (Technical Specification) And In The Annex Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu).
