The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Installation For Biological Waste Processing At The Racibórz Recycling Center R3 At Ul. Rybnicka 125 In Racibórz As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Bio-Waste Composting Plant Located In Racibórz At Ul. Rybnicka 125, Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula, Which Means That The Contractor Will First Develop Complete Design Documentation And Obtain All Required Arrangements (Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions), Then Perform Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Construction Documentation Together With Obtaining A Building Permit, 2) Construction Of A Water Supply System, 3) Construction Of A Sewage System For Rainwater, Meltwater And Technological Sewage, 4) Construction Of An External Power And Telecommunications Installation, 5) Construction Of A Roofed Shelter (Hall), 6) Construction Of An Installation For Aerobic Processing Of Biodegradable Waste, 7) Carrying Out Technological Commissioning Of The Above-Mentioned Installation, 8) Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Including The Final And Valid Construction Permit And The Final And Valid Occupancy Permit And Other Decisions Provided For In Polish Law Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Subject Of The Agreement,9) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Devices Together With Automation And The Necessary Software,10) Carrying Out Mechanical And Electrical Start-Up,11) Carrying Out Technological Start-Up,12) Conducting Staff Training In The Operation, Maintenance And Operation Of The Devices Used,13) Supervision Over The Operation Through Ongoing And Constant Monitoring Of The Operation Of Individual Bioreactors And Control And Measurement Equipment (After Completing All Works, Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Technology And Obtaining A Valid Use Permit).
