4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of 39 Household Sewage Treatment Plants In The Sułów Commune, Zamość Poviat. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants With Sanitary Sewage Connections From The Building, Discharge Of Treated Sewage Into The Ground, Electrical Power Supply, Technical And Technological Commissioning. The Type Of The Designed And Constructed Facility Should Be Selected Appropriately To The Prevailing Soil And Water Conditions, Soil Class And Terrain Slope, Taking Into Account Each Location Individually. 4.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program For The Task Titled: Installation Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Sułów Commune - Stage Iii (Pfu) (Appendix No. 1 To Swz). 4.3.Scope Of Work To Be Performed Under The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Full Investment Process, Which Includes:  Carrying Out Geotechnical And Hydrogeological Tests In The Place Of The Planned Foundation Of Each Reactor And Infiltration Devices (Minimum 1 Borehole In The Axis Of The Filtration Tunnels).  Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Opinions, Zud Approvals, Water Law Notifications (In Accordance With Article 394(1)(13) Of The Water Law) And Construction Works Notifications (Article 29(1)(5) Of The Construction Law).  Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 39 Complete, Brand New Biological Sewage Treatment Plants, Including Raw Or Purified Sewage Pumping Stations (If Required By The Elevation Profile Of The Plot).  Conducting Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works And Preparing Full As-Built Documentation Along With A Surveying Inventory.  The Contractor Is Obliged To Design, Obtain All Necessary Consents, Build And Equip The Point In Accordance With The Ffu Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. 4.4. Additional Requirements And Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) All Costs Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Necessary To Be Incurred (Customs Duties And All Fees, Costs Of Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Costs Of Insurance, Traffic Organization With Designs, Substitute Signs, Applications For The Occupation Of The Road, Costs Of Performing Tightness Tests Of Pipelines, Surveying Services, Archaeological Supervision, Soil Compaction Tests, Preparation And Approval Of As-Built Documentation, As Well As Other Costs Related To The Acceptance Of Completed Works And Carrying Out Tests And Technical Tests, Etc.), In Order To Properly Perform The Order Until Its Fault-Free, Protocol Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Will Be Borne By The Contractor.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform
