1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Municipal Road - Ul. Kolejowa In Niedomice, Located On Plots With Registration Numbers 781/45 And 896.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparatory And Demolition Works, B) Drainage, C) Foundation, D) Pavement, E) Finishing Works. In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In:  Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To Swz  Design Documentation – Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Stwiorb – Annex No. 6 To The Swz,  Draft Provisions Of The Contract – Annex No. 7 To The Swz3) The Draft Contractual Provisions Adopt The Lump-Sum Remuneration Principle, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.4) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Total Price For The Entire Order As A Lump-Sum Price, Which Covers The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer.5) Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Present A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible On-Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor.6) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Authorizations In Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And Keeping An Investment Implementation Or Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) B) Marking And Securing The Work Site And Constantly Monitoring The Marking And Ensuring That It Covers The Actually Occupied Work Zone. C) After Completing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Liquidate The Above-Mentioned. Markings. D) Requesting The Managers Of Networks Colliding With The Scope Of Works To Agree On The Scope Of Works In The Road And Pay For The Supervision Of The Operators Of Underground And Above-Ground Utilities Networks (If Necessary), E) All Materials From Dismantling And Demolition Works, Suitable For Reuse, As Decided By The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Submit To The Ordering Party. Final Remarks - Regarding The Order: A) The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In Based On The Design Documentation, In Accordance With The Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specified In Stwiorb, With Due Care, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Principles Of Construction Practice, Professional Ethics And The Terms Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract /Appendix No. 7/, B) To Perform The Works, The Contractor Will Use Only Its Own Materials, Having The Required Approvals And Certificates, Which Will Be Requ
