The Scope Includes In Particular The Construction Or Modernization Of A Galvanized Steel Structure, A Pneumatic Roof, And Walls Made Of Pir Sandwich Panels With A Thickness Of Min. 100 Mm, Replacement And Modernization Of Technical, Electrical And Lighting Installations, As Well As Renovation Or Replacement Of Barriers And Safety Elements Of The Ice Rink. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Selection Of Design And Technical Solutions, Tests, Measurements, Commissioning And As-Built Documentation. The Detailed Scope Is Determined By Opz. The Deadline For Execution Is From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To June 15, 2027. The Deadline Includes Preparation Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Consents, Permits And Decisions, Execution Of Works, Tests, Measurements And Commissioning, Submission Of As-Built Documentation And Notification Of Readiness For Final Acceptance. The Agreement Will Be Concluded After The Management Board Of The Masovian Voivodeship Accepts The Application To Include Unrealized Expenses In The List Of Expenses That Do Not Expire At The End Of 2026.
