1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Order Titled Design And Build Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Historic Building Of The Kielce City Hall. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 2.1 Development Of Design Documentation - To The Extent Specified In The Swz And Other Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order, Enabling The Ordering Party To Obtain A Building Permit Decision Or Notification And/Or Other Consents Required By Law To Carry Out Construction Works And To Perform Construction And Assembly Works On Its Basis, Including In Particular: A) Preparation Of A Construction Inventory And Other Necessary Documents, Measurements, Tests, Expert Opinions And Technical Analyses; B) Performance Of Preliminary Multi-Discipline Architectural Concept, Its Ongoing Consultation And Approval By The Ordering Party; C) Construction And Executive Design Together With The Necessary Arrangements For This Type Of Documentation In The Form Of Decisions, Resolutions Or Opinions Issued By Relevant Organizational Units, I.E.: (I) Construction Design (Including All Studies Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, Including The Architectural And Construction Design); (Ii) Technical Design With Executive Elements Containing Detailed Execution Data And Technical Solutions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order; (Iii) Sanitary Installation Design, Including Heat Pumps And Reconstruction Of Cold And Hot Water Installations; (Iv) Electrical Industry Project, Including The Project Of Selecting And Replacing Lighting Fixtures And Powering Heat Pumps; D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Divided Into Industries; E) Bills Of Quantities, Divided Into Industries; F) Cost Estimates Prepared Using The Detailed Method, For The Price Specified In The Contractors Offer, Covering The Full Scope Of Works; G) Electronic Version Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation; H) Obtaining By The Contractor, At Its Own Expense, All Necessary And Required By Law Maps, Administrative Decisions, Technical Conditions, Written Arrangements, Opinions, Tests And Checks Of The Design Documentation, Including The Decision To Carry Out Construction Works Issued By The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, And Preparing For The Ordering Party An Application For A Building Permit Decision/Notification Of Works, If Required; I) Obtaining The Employers Approval For The Developed Design Documentation And The Solutions Adopted Therein, In The Manner Provided For In The Agreement; J) Ensuring Authors Supervision In The Field Of Design Documentation During The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works; K) Design Documentation Must Take Into Account: - The Existing Condition Of The Building And Its Historic Value; - Requirements Resulting From Decisions, Recommendations And Arrangements Made By Conservators; - Requirements Regarding Energy Efficiency; - Fire Protection Requirements; - Requirements Regarding Structure Safet
