The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Rooms In The Building Of The Sports And Recreation Center In Człuchów. The Scope Of Implementation Includes: A) Demolition Of Partition Walls, Door Frames, Floors And Wall Cladding, Pipelines And Bathroom Fittings; B) Bricklaying Of Partition Walls; C) Plastering Works And Surface Filling; D) Waterproofing; E) Installation Of Floors; F) Installation Of Wall And Floor Cladding; G) Covering Of Ceilings With Plasterboards; H) Installation Of Joinery Door;I) Painting Works;J) Installation Of Cabins Made Of Hpl Boards;K) Water And Sewage Installation Works With Fittings;L) Electrical Installation Works Of Lighting And Plug Sockets With Accessories;M) Delivery Of Cloakroom Equipment, Mirrors, Ladders, Handles For The Disabled. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture As Part Of The Szatnia Na Medal Program - Second Edition 2026. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Make And Install An Information Board Regarding Co-Financing Of The Task From State Earmarked Funds. An Information Board With Dimensions Of 180X120 Cm Should Be Made Of A Composite Board, Plastic Plexiglass Or Pvc With A Minimum Thickness Of 3 Mm Or Placed On A Metal Base With A Double-Rolled Edge. The Information Board Cannot Contain Other Additional Information And Graphic Elements, Such As The Logo Of The Beneficiary, Partner Or Contractor. The Table Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Carrying Out Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or From State Special Funds (Journal Of Laws, Item 953, As Amended) In Its Respective Wording. The Contractor Will Make And Install The Board Before Starting The Works. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail Using The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template Contract) Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
