The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Technical Expertise.2) Preparation Of Necessary Design Documentation For Stage I.3) Execution Of Demolition Works (Stage I And Ii).4) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Stage I).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendices: No. 3 To The Swz Called Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). 5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Specification Of The Terms Of The Procurement, The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524), The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), As Well As Other Documents Developed For The Needs Of This Order And Applicable Regulations And Standards, Construction Practice, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions, Including For Users Of Neighboring Active Facilities (1St Secondary School In Namysłów, Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center, Service And Catering Facility) And Adjacent Roads And Areas. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, O Referred To In Article 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 7. If The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract (I.E. In Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Specifications, Forms) Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions.
