The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Municipal Roads With A Hard Surface In The Stanisławów Commune. The Task Includes The Construction Of Road Sections In The Following Towns. Ołdakowizna - A Section Of The Road With A Length Of 0.5 Kmcisówka - A Section With A Length Of 0.216 Kmlegacz - A Section With A Length Of 0.25 Km The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Bills Of Quantities And Documentation Attached To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Indicate The Place Of Export Of The Material Resulting From The Demolition Of The Road And Transport It To The Indicated Place. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Agree With The Ordering Party The Place Of Transport Of The Material. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage The Remaining Material On His Own And At His Own Expense. There Is A Water Supply Network Located In The Roads Being The Subject Of The Works. If, When Adjusting The Valves, The Contractor Finds That A Given Valve Is Damaged Or Is Not Suitable For Installation, It Will Be Obliged To Replace It With A New One. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract.
