This Order States: The Subject Of The Investment Is The Development Of The Area As Part Of The Task Development Of The Pond Area In Modliszewo. The Study Area Includes The Entire Plot No. 32/7, Part Of Plot No. 31 And Part Of Plot No. 32/6. The Scope Of The Project Includes: Land Development, Construction Of Piers, Cleaning Of The Banks, Furnishing The Area With Small Architecture. The Investment Will Be Implemented In Two Stages. The Tender Procedure Covers The Scope Of Stage I. In Stage Ii, It Is Planned To Construct Two Benches, Bicycle Racks, One Garbage Bin And The Replacement Of A Lighting Pole. As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Environmental And Social Aspects, Including: Minimizing The Level Of Pollutant Emissions, Noise, Water And Electricity Consumption, Removing From The Construction Site All Waste And Packaging Generated During The Execution Of The Works And Their Disposal. The Existing Trees Should Be Preserved As Much As Possible. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Embed The Material Resulting From The Cleaning In Consultation With The Ordering Party In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (Facility Area).
