The Scope Of Responsibilities Of The Investor Supervision Team (Investor Supervision Team) Has Been Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. I. Organization Of The Investor Supervision Team. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Multi-Sector Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment. The Contractor Provides And Manages The Investor Supervision Team, Which Includes Includes At Least: 1. Settlement Specialist - Auxiliary Staff Who Are Not Obliged To Have Construction Licenses And Do Not Perform An Independent Technical Function In Construction, Carrying Out Tasks In The Field Of Financial Control And Settlements Referred To In Point 3.3.4 And Described In A Separate Point Below. Persons Included In The Team Cooperate With Each Other And With The Ordering Party; Investor Supervision Activities In A Given Specialty Are Performed Only By Persons Having The Required Construction Qualifications. The Team Of Investor Supervision Inspectors Is Obliged To Perform All Activities In A Way That Ensures Proper, Timely And Compliant Implementation Of The Investment, Taking Into Account The Interests Of The Ordering Party And The Requirements Resulting From Financing From External Funds.
