The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Licenses For Software Implementing Occupational Medicine Tasks - Occupational Medicine Module From Kamsoft S.A. Or An Equivalent Solution (Hereinafter: Software), Compatible With The Ks-Somed System From Kamsoft S.A. Operated By The Ordering Party, Along With Implementation, Integration And Training Services As Well As Post-Implementation Care, Warranty, Service And Updates, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of 26 Perpetual Concurrent (Floating) Licenses For The Software, Installed On The Ordering Partys Central Server And Ensuring Simultaneous Work Of At Least 26 Users, Including The Issuance And Signing Of Electronic Certificates By At Least 16 Occupational Medicine Doctors And Psychologists, Along With Licenses For External Knowledge Bases And Registers Necessary For The Operation Of The Software (Stage I); B) Pre-Implementation Analysis, Installation And Initial Configuration Of The Software In A Multi-Branch Architecture, Within One Central Database Covering All Locations Of The Ordering Party, Including The Unit In Koszalin (Stage I);C) Integration Of The Software With The Ks-Somed System, P1 Platform, Lis System Of The Laboratory Subcontractor (Hl7), Alteris Ris And His Systems Of The Imaging Laboratory And Fiscal Printers, Launch Of The Test Environment, Data Migration - If Necessary - And Transfer Of The Client System (Stage Ii);D) Training And On-The-Job Instructions As Well As Production Launch Of The Software (Stage Iii);E) Care Post-Implementation, Support, Warranty, Service (Sla) And Updates, Including A Package Of 36 Hours Of Services, In The Period From The Date Of Production Launch To December 31, 2027 (Stage Iv).
