Topólki In Zakrzem; 2) Delivery Of The Necessary Elements Of Additional Equipment For The Ice Rink Rental, 3) Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Field Of Operation, 4) Dismantling The Mobile Ice Rink And Container After The End Of The Winter Season And Storing Its Elements And Equipment In The Hall In Zakrzyczym. 2. Location Of The Project: Plot No. 117, 118, 119, District No. 01-08 (Commune Zarokym), In The Administrative Area Of The Masovian Voivodeship, In Nowy Dwór County. 3. Delivery And Assembly Of A Complete Mobile Seasonal Ice Rink With Accompanying Infrastructure, Includes: 1) Delivery, Assembly And Dismantling (After The Season) Of A Mobile Installation For Freezing The Ice Rink Surface With Dimensions Of 12 X 25 M, 2) Insulation Of The Ground, 3) Delivery And Assembly Of A Water Generator Ice Rink, 4) Delivery And Assembly Of A Technical Container Intended For Equipment Rental, 5) Delivery Of Additional Equipment, I.E.: Skates, Skate Rack, Skate Dryer, Skate Sharpener, Benches For Changing Shoes, Rubber Rugs, Walkers For Learning To Ride (Dolphins/Penguins), Tools And Devices For Ice Rink Maintenance (Ice Scrapers, Snow Shovels, Hose Garden).4.Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure Of The Ice Rink In The Form Of A Refrigeration Unit Will Be Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Ice Rink Surface.5.The Ordering Party Will Provide An Electrical Connection And Access To Water And Will Provide A Hardened Area With A Paving Stone Surface.6.The Ice Rink Will Not Be Roofed.7.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With Specifying By The Ordering Party The Minimum Requirements For The Purchase/Delivery/Assembly/Commissioning/Disassembly Of The Ice Rink And Infrastructure. Equipment, Together With Additional Equipment For The Rental Company, Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). 8. The Scope And Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Documentation And Warranty Cards Prepared In Polish.10.All Materials And Devices Must Be Brand New, I.E. Never Used Before, Complete, Technically Efficient, From Current Production, Produced No Earlier Than In 2026, Undamaged Mechanically Or Electronically And In Undamaged Manufacturers Packaging.11.If The Ordering Party Finds A Defective Batch Of The Delivered Goods, The Complaint Will Be Submitted By Phone Or E-Mail (Via E-Mail).
