Service Location: Ramallah MAAN Development Center is an independent Palestinian development and training organization established in January 1989. The Center hereby invites qualified consulting firms to participate in the above-mentioned tender in accordance with the following conditions: Interested consulting firms are invited to review the full Terms of Reference (TOR) for this assignment.
