Tenders are invited for Consultant for Room to Reads ShiftEd Alliance Pilot Study AGNAT (Cambodia) Room to Read (RtR), on behalf of the ShiftEd Alliance, is seeking Local Firms or Consultant teams in Cambodia to support the pilot administration of a harmonized adolescent gender norms assessment tool - AGNAT. The Alliance is a collaborative initiative of 12 nonprofit organizations working across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, funded by Echidna Giving. The pilot involves administering approximately 89 assessment items (and background items) to 800 adolescents (aged 1219) across 17-18 schools in Cambodia, with an average target of approximately 50 students per school. The study includes baseline administration, a test-retest reliability study with approximately 400 students retested after 23 weeks after baseline, cognitive interviews (20) per school (across all grades, gender focus), and a convergent validity component.
