The Role Of The Programme Director Will Comprise Of: Working Directly With The Co-Chairs Of ‘Balance For Better Business’ (B4bb) To Plan And Implement The Initiative For The Next 12-24 Months. B4bb Is An Independent, Business-Led Review Group Established By The Irish Government To Improve Gender Balance In Senior Business Leadership In Ireland. The Review Group Is Supported By A Wider ‘Advisory Group’, Which Is Representative Of A Wider Cross Section Of Business Organisations And Other Interested Parties. The Review Group Is Supported In Its Work By The Department Of Enterprise, Tourism And Employment.
