The Evaluation Must:- Assess How The Property Portfolio Has Developed From 2017 To Today, Including The Composition Of Commercial And Non-Commercial Property Activities, And To What Extent The Development Supports The States Goals As Owner And The Transport Policy Goals- Describe And Assess Organization And Management In The Group, Including The Division Of Roles And Responsibilities Between Bane Nor Sf And Bane Nor Eiendom As, How Critical Railway Assets Are Organized And Managed, And The Risk Exposure This Entails For The State- Assess Bane Nors Principles For Value Realization And Dividend Yield From Commercial Property Against The States Goals As Owner, And Whether The Ministrys Current Dividend Policy Is Appropriately Structured- Carry Out A Benchmarking Where The Total Return, Capital Structure And Organization Are Compared With Relevant Property Companies - Assess The Extent To Which Bane Nors Real Estate Operations Contribute To The Sector Policy Goals And How The Company Balances Commercial Goals And Sector Policy Considerations, Including Through Case Studies Of Oslo S, Stavanger S, Trondheim S And Skien S- Assess How Bane Nor Sf And Bane Nor Eiendom As Interact With The Norwegian Railway Directorate, County Councils And Municipalities In The Development Of Hubs, Based On The Case Studiesthe Stortings Consideration Of The National Audit Offices Investigation Will Probably Take Place In Autumn/Winter 2026.
