Tenders Are Invited For Tender For A Contract For Scanning, Surveying And 3D Modeling Of Denmarks Prisons Entire Property Portfolio

As Part Of A New Digitization Strategy, The Board Of Danish Prisons Has Decided To Initiate A Project With A View To Having The Entire Real Estate Portfolio Of Danish Prisons Scanned, Measured And 3D Modelled. The Primary Purpose Of The Project Is To Validate The Areas Of Denmarks Prisons And Their Use. In Addition, The Purpose Of The Scanning, Surveying And Modeling Is To Establish A Digital And Data-Driven Foundation For Future Property Management, Maintenance, Planning And Development. The Project Includes Scanning, Measuring And Building 3D Models (Revit/Ifc), Which Must Be Able To Be Integrated Into The Recently Purchased Fm System (Dalux Fm). The Property Portfolio Consists Of Buildings Distributed Throughout Denmark. The Portfolio Is Broad And Includes Both Newer And Older Buildings With Large Architectural And Technical Variation. It Covers A Wide Range Of Applications – Including, Prisons, Detention Centers, Housing, Technical Facilities And Administration.
