Descriptionnordreisa Municipality Invites Tenders For The Establishment Of 24 New Care Homes With Associated Common Areas Located Next To The Current Sonjatun Health Center And Nursing Home In Storslett. A Preliminary Project Has Been Prepared Which Will Be Further Developed In The Detailed Design Phase. The Measure Is A Project On Two Floors And A Basement Under Part Of The Building. There Are 12 Apartments On Each Floor With Communal Areas Centrally Located In The Building. The Building Is Divided Into Three Sections/Wings. One West-Facing Wing, One South-Facing Central Wing And A More Southeast-Facing Wing. See Appendix For Other Information.
