Tenders Are Invited For Periodic Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Tundzha

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Periodic Supply Of Construction Materials Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction And Repair And Other Activities At Sites On The Territory Of The Tundzha Municipality, Requested By Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority, As Well As Supplies In Connection With The Implementation Of Projects For Which The Tunzha Municipality Is The Beneficiary, According To The Type And Quantities Determined Through Requests As Necessary. Requests Are Prepared By Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority, According To The List Attached To The Contract, And Are Submitted To The Contractor By Fax, E-Mail Or Other Means Certifying The Date Of Submission/Receipt.Period Of Execution – 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of The Bilateral Signing Of The Contract, Or Until The Estimated Value Of The Order Specified In Item 4.1 Is Reached. Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than The Date Of Termination Of A Previous Supply Contract With The Same Subject.The Deadline For The Execution Of Each Delivery Should Be No Shorter Than 2 Days And No More Than 4 Days, After Receiving A Request Prepared By The Contracting Authority By Fax, E-Mail Or Other Means Certifying The Date Of Submission/Receipt, Except For The Cases Under Item 2.4 Of The Technical Specifications.In Case Of Necessity, The Construction Materials Can Be Purchased On Site From The Store-Warehouse Base On The Territory Of The City Of Yambol By Persons Specified By The Contracting Authority, According To The List Attached To The Contract.Place Of Execution - Delivery Of Building Materials Is Carried Out As Follows:- To Own Or Leased Store-Warehouse Located On The Territory Of The City Of Yambol, According To A Prior Request From The Contracting Authority;- To Sites Located In 44 Settlements On The Territory Of Tundzha Municipality, According To A Prior Request From The Contracting Authority.
