The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes:Separate Position No. 1: Real-Time Collection Of Cash Amounts For B And C Services At Designated Points Of The Contractor Throughout The Countryseparate Position No. 2: Real-Time Collection Of Cash Sums For B And C Services At Designated Points Of The Contractor In The Settlements On The Territory Of The Kyustendil Region. On The Basis Of Art. 21 Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has Decided, With The Opening Of The Current Procedure, That The Activities Within The Scope Of Separate Item No. 2 Will Be Awarded Under The Conditions Of Direct Award - In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of The Separate Item - With The Conclusion Of A Contract On The Basis Of Art. 20 Para. 4 Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Application Of The Chosen Order Is Justified In View Of The Fulfillment Of Both Cumulative Legal Requirements - The Individual Value Of What Is Assigned With Separate Item No. 2 Is For Awarding According To The Direct Award Order, It Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order And Is Lower Than Bgn 156,464 (Eur 79,998.77).
