We Are Looking For A Provider For The Introduction And Cloud Operation Of An Industry Solution (Planning & Workforce Management) For Network Operators. The Software Must Include The Following Modules: Plan For The Imsys Rollout And Pl-Zä To Map The Entire Meter Lifecycle (Gas, Water, Electricity) Including Lifecycle Management, Workflow Control And Silke Requirements. Disposition (Dispo) Must Ensure Resource-Optimized Planning And Allocation Of Orders To Internal Technicians. A Mobile Solution (“Mobil”) Is Required For Field Service That Supports Order Processing, Time/Material Recording, Documentation And Digital Signatures. A Service Provider Portal (Dl-Portal) Must Serve External Partners For Order Processing, Taking Into Account An Offline Mode. Interfaces For Synchronizing Master Data With The Internal Sap S/4 Hana System As Well As For Audit-Proof Archiving In Enaio Are Also Mandatory. The Package Is Rounded Off By A Customer Portal (“Ku-Portal”) For Appointment Management And Communication. The Goal Is An Integrated Cloud Solution For Efficient Control Of All Measuring Point Processes.
