Procurement Of The Supply, For Rent, Of Lighting And Decorative Elements Of Christmas, Including Assembly, Maintenance And Disassembly, In The Central Market And In Various Streets And Spaces In The City Of Tarragona.The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Rental Supply Of Christmas Lighting And Decorative Elements For The Current Year 2026, Including The Associated Services Of Transport, Installation, Assembly, Maintenance And Dismantling Of The Same. The Scope Of This Supply Includes The Locations Of The Central Market Of Tarragona, The Last Stretch Of La Rambla Nova And Passeig De Les Palmeres De La Ciutat De Tarragona. The Contract Has A Mixed Character, Since It Includes, On The One Hand, The Rental Supply Of The Elements Subject To The Contract, And, On The Other Hand, The Associated Services Mentioned In The Previous Point. In Accordance With The Article 18.1.A) Lcsp, The Contract Is Qualified As A Supply Contract, Given That, According To The Economic Report Included In The File, The Estimated Value Corresponding To The Provision Of Supply Is Higher Than The Estimated Value Of The Associated Services.
