The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Contracting Of:1. Ip Telephony Service:The Municipality Requires Contracting The Ip Telephony Service, Considering The Authorization And Provision Of 59 Telephone Annexes, Distributed Between The Town Hall Building And The Different Municipal Offices.2. Mobile Voice, Mobile Data And Bam Mobile Broadband Services:The Municipality Requires The Provision Of A Total Of 175 Mobile Lines Under Chip-Only Mode, Without The Supply Of Telephone Equipment.This Must Contemplate The Provision Of Mobile Lines, Data Services, Number Portability, Centralized Administration, Specialized Technical Support, Operational Continuity, Incident Management And All Those Elements Necessary To Guarantee The Correct Provision Of The Service Throughout The Contractual Term.
