Utrecht University Is Looking For An Organization That Will Provide The Recruitment, Selection And Provision Of Temporary Staff As A Service Within The Framework Of The Job Agreement Act. Participation In The Tender Procedure And The Execution Of The Assignment Is Reserved For Sheltered Workshops/Entrepreneurs In Accordance With Article 2.82 Of The Public Procurement Act. This Means That Your Organization Must Have Social And Professional Integration Of Persons With Disabilities Or Disadvantaged People As Its Main Goal, And At Least 30% Of Your Employees Must Be Employees With Disabilities Or Disadvantaged Employees. The Requirement That 30% Of The Employees Fall Within The Target Groups Of Article 2.82 Of The Public Procurement Act Must Be Fulfilled In A Substantial Manner. Short-Term Temporary Contracts And Zero-Hour Contracts Do Not Constitute A Substantial Solution. The Estimated Value For This Assignment Is € 4,000,000 Excluding Vat And Includes Extension Options For The Entire Assignment. This Is Based On The 70 Fte That We Must Achieve According To The 2027 Quota. This May Deviate If The Quota Changes During The Term Of The Agreement Or If The Uu Makes Different Choices With Regard To The Implementation Of The Participation Law. You Cannot Derive Any Rights From This Estimate.
