The Price That The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Purchase Of Fuel Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Quantity Of Fuel Actually Delivered And The Wholesale Price Of 1 Liter Of Fuel, Displayed On The Refinerys Website (Specified By The Supplier In The Offer Form), Valid On The Date Of Delivery, Increased By The Suppliers Fixed Margin Expressed As A Percentage And Reduced By The Specified Discount Amount For The Ordering Party Expressed In Pln. 3. Settlement Of Purchases Made Under The Contract Will Be Based On The Delivery Report Attached To The Issued Invoice. The Delivery Report Attached To The Invoice Must Include Chronologically: A) The Date Of The Transaction, B) The Name Of The Person Collecting The Fuel And His Signature, C) The Amount Of Fuel Delivered, 4. Settlement For The Fuel Actually Purchased Will Be Made By Means Of An Invoice Issued Within 14 Days From The Date Of Delivery. 5. The Issued Invoice Must Include Information On: The Quantity Of Fuel Purchased, The Wholesale Price Of The Fuel (At The Indicated Refinery) On The Date Of Delivery, The Price Of The Fuel After Taking Into Account All Discounts For The Ordering Party. 6. Fuel Will Be Ordered Successively. The Supplier Will Deliver The Fuel Within 48 Hours From The Date Of Placing The Order. The Order Can Be Placed In Writing, Electronically Or By Telephone. The Order Will Specify The Amount Of Fuel In The Delivery. One-Time Delivery Will Be: 2,000 – 5,000 Liters Of Fuel. Deliveries Will Take Place No More Than Once A Week, Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. 7. The Fuel Price Will Be Determined Based On The Wholesale Price (At The Indicated Refinery) On The Day Of Delivery Of The Fuel To The Waste Management Plant, Ul. Działkowa 20, Polkowice. 8. The Supplier Should Have A Vehicle That: - Is Equipped With The Possibility Of Pressurized Fuel Supply; - Is Able To Deliver 5,000 Liters Of Fuel At One Time; - Has A Verified Fuel Flow Meter. 9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Test The Fuel In An Accredited Laboratory. 10. If It Is Found That The Tested Fuel Sample Does Not Meet The Standards, All Testing Costs And Damage Resulting From Poor Fuel Quality Will Be Borne By The Supplier. If The Tested Fuel Sample Meets All Standards, The Costs Will Be Charged
