Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Design Documentation Including Land Development Design, Architectural, Construction And Technical Design) For The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In The Town Of Bolechówko As Part Of The Investment Task 5-01-25-053-1 Czerwonak - Sanitary Sewage System In Ul. Dereniowa In Bolechówek, Along With Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision (Aquanet S.A. Allows Obtaining A Building Permit Decision In Electronic Form. Whether The Building Permit Will Be Obtained In Paper Or Electronic Form Is At The Contractors Discretion) And Performing Authors Supervision In The Implementation Phase Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works To Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of These Works. Dereniowa In Bolechówek Should Be Provided With: • Supervision Cards With A Stay On The Construction Site - 5 Supervision Cards • Supervision Cards Without A Stay On The Construction Site - 5 Supervision Cards In Total Of All Supervision Cards 10. If It Is Necessary To Increase The Number Of Stays On The Construction Site Or Increase The Number Of Supervision Cards Without Staying On The Construction Site, Unit Prices From The Agreement On The Supervision Of The Author For The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Accepted For Settlement.
