Construction Work – Reconstruction Of Pavilions E And F Všb – Tuo. The Client, Vysoká Škola Baňská - Ostrava University Of Technology, Is Preparing The Implementation Of The Project Reconstruction Of Pavilions E And F Všb-Tuo, The Aim Of Which Is To Modernize Selected Buildings Of The University Campus In Ostrava-Porubá. The Reconstruction Follows The Long-Term Renewal And Modernization Of The University Infrastructure And Aims To Improve The Conditions For Teaching, Research And Other Academic Activities Of The Client. The Subject Of The Project Is The Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The Interiors Of Both Pavilions, Including The Modernization Of The Technical Equipment Of The Buildings And The Modification Of Laboratories, Classrooms, Workshops And Related Facilities. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Reconstruction Of Pavilions E And F Of The University Of Mining And Technology - Technical University Of Ostrava - Construction Improvements Inside The Buildings Mainly Consist Of The Renewal Of Internal Surfaces, Replacement Of Floor Structures, Modification Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, Replacement Of Internal Doors And Modernization Of The Buildings Technical Installations (Water, Sewage, High-Current Electrical Installation, Low-Current Electrical Installation, Air Conditioning, Cooling, Partially Heating And Natural Gas). The Modernization Of Existing Building Installations Is Complemented By Compressed Air Distribution And Measurement And Control Technology. Part Of The Performance Is Also The Provision Of All Related Tests, Revisions, Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction And Fulfillment Of The Clients Requirements For The Implementation Of The Construction Using The Bim Method. The Specific Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Captured In The Tender Documentation Annexes, In Particular Annex No. 7 - Draft Contract For The Work, No. 8 - Lists Of Works With Measurement Statements, No. 9 - Project Documentation Incl. Building Permit And Annex No. 10 - Clients Requirements For Bim.
