This Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement For Service And Maintenance Of External Areas. The Tender Relates To Tenders With Publication Id Publication 285128-2026, Where For The Sub-Agreement Campus Copenhagen Only One Condition-Related Offer Was Received, And There Was Thus Not Sufficient Competition To Obtain Or A Primary And Secondary Supplier. The Present Tender Contains Largely The Same Requirements As In The Tender With Publication Id Publication 285128-2026, But Tenderers Are Referred To Review The Tender Material Again. The Tender Concerns An Agreement That Follows The Geographical Locations: • Campus Copenhagen It Has Been Found Most Appropriate That The Framework Agreement Covers An Entire Location, Which Is Why No Further Division Into Sub-Agreements Has Taken Place. The Areas Covered By The Agreement Appear In Appendix 7. These Will Be Continuously Adjusted. With This Tender, Aau Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With An Actor That Can Be Used In Several Different Situations, Including: A. Fixed Service For The Care Of Green Areas And Fortified Areas In Specific Areas According To Operating Maps (Hereinafter Referred To As Fixed Service). A Fixed Fee Is Included In Determining The Price For This, Which Covers All Expenses Associated With Its Execution. This Is Described In More Detail Below. B. Resources In The Form Of Qualified Employees And, If Necessary, Equipment For Carrying Out Other Tasks On Green Areas And Fortified Areas, Including Service And Contracting Tasks Within, Among Other Things, Gardening, Paving, Asphalting, Sewerage, Earthworks. Parallel Framework Agreements Are Entered Into With Up To 2 Suppliers In Priority Order For Each Location. During The Contract Period With The Person In Question, The Primary Supplier Will Be Guaranteed Delivery Of The Fixed Service (Point A Above). The Situations Described Cover The Fact That Aau Wants A Permanent Partner Who Can Not Only Carry Out Service And Maintenance Of External Areas, But Can Also Be Used For Larger Tasks Within Works Related To The External Areas. The Start Of The Contract On 1 December 2026 Assumes That No Delays Occur. It Cannot Therefore Be Ruled Out That The Start Of The Contract Will Be Postponed If There Are Delays In Relation To The Completion Of The Tender. If Applicable, The Expiry Date Will Be Brought Forward Accordingly.
