The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners (Approx. 2,969 Inhabited Properties (Single-Family Buildings And Premises In Multi-Family Buildings) And Approx. 1,107 Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes And Used Only For Part Of The Year) In The Czernichów Commune In 2027 And The Operation Of A Selective Collection Point. Waste Collection. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 9 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: Drivers Of Waste Collection Vehicles, Manual Workers Responsible For Collecting Waste From Real Estate And Loading It Onto Garbage Trucks, Employees Collecting Waste At Pszok. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Required Declarations And Documents Submitted With The Offer And In Response To The Request Are Described In The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Will First Evaluate The Offers And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure.
