The Nature Of This Assignment Concerns The Provision Of Integral Project Management And Specialist Advice For New Construction Projects, Renovation Projects And Functional Adjustments Within The Educational Organization Zaam. The Services Cover The Entire Process, From Initiation Phase To Delivery And Aftercare, And Cover Various Aspects. The Size Of The Assignment Has Been Estimated, Partly Based On Experience Figures From Recent Years And Expected Future Needs. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Amounts To An Average Of €600,000 Excluding Vat Per Year, Therefore €4,800,000 Excluding Vat Over A Term Of 8 Years. To Prevent The Contractual Maximum Value From Being Exceeded In The Meantime And The Framework Agreement From Losing Its Effect Before The Intended End Of The Term, We Conclude The Framework Agreement With A Maximum Order Value Of € 7,900,000 Excluding Vat.
