Restaurant And Food-Serving Services – Be3963f - Catering Services Concession - University Of Limerick (Ul). The Concessionaire Will Be Appointed Under A Single-Party Framework Agreement And Will Be Responsible For The Operation, Management And Development Of The Plaza Café, The University’S Café Located In The Glucksman Library Building, Together With The Provision Of Associated Hospitality Catering Services. The Concessionaire Shall Operate The Service In Accordance With Inclusive And Supported Employment, Environmental Sustainability And Community Engagement, While Assuming The Commercial Risk Of The Operation And Complying With All Contractual, Legislative And University Policy Requirements.
