Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Eu Tender For Framework Agreement Regarding The Supply Of Total Consultancy For Hundested Sports Center In Halsnæs Municipality. The Offer Includes Total Advice In Connection With The Development Of The Area Around Hundested Sports Center. The Consultancy Must Support The Clients Work In Realizing The Vision For The Area, Including Strengthening The Connection Between The Functions And Creating An Attractive And Unified Sports Environment. The Development Of Hundested Sports Center May Include, Among Other Things, The Establishment Of A New 8-Man Artificial Grass Pitch, Clubhouse, Parking Facilities And Road Construction, As Well As Area Development And Building Development With A View To Subdividing Housing That Supports The Municipalitys Settlement Strategy. The Projects Final Content And Scope Have Not Yet Been Determined. It Is Therefore A Central Part Of The Overall Consultants Task In Close Cooperation With The Client To Qualify, Develop And Determine The Final Project Solutions On The Basis Of The Overall Visions And Objectives For The Area. In Special Cases, The Client Reserves The Right To Have Individual Projects Handled By Other Consultants Or Business Partners. The Client Is Thus Not Obliged To Requisition Consultancy Services Regarding All Projects Under The Framework Agreement. The Clients Need For Consultancy Services Will Depend On The Decisions Taken At Any Time Regarding The Development And Implementation Of The Project. However, The Client Aims For The Selected Total Consultant To Be Involved To The Greatest Extent Possible In The Development And Realization Of The Projects That Are Covered By The Vision For The Area. The Detailed Description Of The Tendered Task Appears In The Overall Tender Material, Including The Draft Framework Agreement With Associated Annexes. The Framework Agreement Is Based On Abr 18 And Performance Description For Construction And Landscaping 2018 (Ybl18) And Sets The Overall Terms For The Total Consultants Delivery Of Consultancy Services To The Ordering Party. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Can Continuously Requisition Specific Consultancy Tasks. For Each Task, A Separate Agreement Addendum (Atr – Agreement On Activity, Time And Resources) Is Entered Into, In Which The Purpose Of The Task, Services, Deliveries, Timetable, Staffing, Consultant Skills, Expected Resource Consumption, Fee And Other Task-Specific Matters Are Determined. The Framework Agreement With Associated Annexes Forms The Basis For Entering Into An Agreement With The Winning Tenderer. The Individual Tasks Are Carried Out On The Terms Set Out In The Framework Agreement And The Atr Applicable At All Times.
