The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Preparation Of The Corresponding Surveillance And Control Programs Provided For By The Current Applicable Regulations, Within The Framework Of The Administrative Authorizations For Discharge From Land To Sea Corresponding To The Facilities That Are Managed Or Will Be Managed By The Ciatf Within The Framework Of The Corresponding Administrative Collaboration Agreements. The Regional Systems Managed By The Ciatf Are The Following: * Adeje-Arona Regional System. * Northeast Regional Regeneration System. * Regional Regeneration System Of The Orotava Valley. * Abona Regional Desalination System. * Western Regional Desalination System. * Regional Sanitation System Of The Güímar Valley. * Isla Baja Regional Sanitation System. Likewise, The Following Regional Systems Are Included Whose Management By The Ciatf Is Planned For January 2028, Without Prejudice To Possible Delays Derived From The Execution Of The Construction Works Of The Facilities And/Or The Associated Administrative Procedures: * Valle De Güímar Regional Desalination System. * Northeast Regional Desalination System. * Regional Metropolitan Regeneration System. Thus, The Contract Will Include The Preparation Of The Corresponding Reports Of The Surveillance And Control Programs (Pvc), As Well As The Associated Discharge Declarations (Dv) And The Filling Of .Xls Sheets, Which Must Be Sent Annually To The Department Of Ecological Transition And Energy Of The Government Of The Canary Islands Within The Framework Of Compliance With The Authorizations For Discharge From Land To The Sea, Including The Periodic Control Of The Quality Of The Tributaries, Discharged Effluents And The Receiving Medium (Media Marine, Sediments And Organisms), As Well As The Inspection Of The Structural Quality Of The Discharge Pipes Associated With The Systems And The Control Of Emergency Or Exceedance Episodes, If Applicable. With Respect To Relief Due To Rain And Accidental Or Exceptional Discharges, It Is Expected That During The Duration Of This Contract An Estimated Total Of 1,572 Episodes Will Occur, Taking Into Account That This Figure May Be Higher Or Lower Depending On Weather Conditions Or Breakdowns, Among Other Circumstances, That May Cause Accidental Or Exceptional Discharges.
