The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil To The Tanks Of Entities Included In The Municipal Purchasing Group Of Organizational Units Of The Municipality Of Włocławek. 2. The Order Includes The Delivery Of Diesel Oil To The Ordering Partys Tanks In The Estimated Type And Quantity For: 1) Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne Sp. Z O. O.: A) Standard Diesel Fuel - 630,000 Liters, B) Diesel Fuel With Improved Low-Temperature Properties - 60,000 Liters. 2) Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanalizacja Sp. Z O. O.: A) Standard Diesel Oil - 79,000 Liters 3) Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Saniko Sp. Z O. O.: A) Standard Diesel Fuel - 250,000 Liters, B) Diesel Fuel With Improved Low-Temperature Properties - 250,000 Liters. 4) Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Sp. Z O. O.: A) Standard Diesel Oil - 47,000 Liters. The Total Purchase Under The Basic Order Includes: Name Of Fuel Quantity [Litre] Standard Diesel Fuel - 1,006,000 Liters Diesel Fuel With Improved Low-Temperature Properties - 310,000 Liters 3. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Indicated Quantities Under The Basic Order Are Estimates And The Delivery Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Quantity Limit Indicated In The Basic Order. If The Ordering Party Does Not Use The Full Quantity Limit, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim For Damages. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Using The Option Right, I.E.
