Cesspool Or Septic Tank Emptying Services – Collection And Transport Of Sludge In The Archipelago Area. As A General Rule, This Purchase Includes Sludge Removal Carried Out By Sea On A Supply Vessel. During The Entire Contract Period, The Contractor Must Have At His Disposal The Supply Vessel Required For The Task As Well As Other Necessary Transport Equipment To Handle The Destinations That Can Be Reached By Sea. More Information In The Contract Template. The Contract Is Performed As A Unit Contract Price, Which Includes All The Costs Of The Operation (Vat 0%). The Unit Contract Price Includes All Work Performed Under This Contract. The Customer Requests Three (3) Different Prices In This Procurement Notice. As Far As Possible, The Customer Tries To Adjust The Rhythm Of The Customers Sludge Emptying So That The Emptyings Are Mainly Scheduled For The Autumn Season. The Customer Hands Over This Information To The Contractor For Routing Planning. The Contractor Is Responsible For Routing The Drains And Their Practical Implementation. The Contractor Agrees On The Details Related To Emptying Directly With The Customers. In Addition To Pre-Planned And Routed Emptying, The Contractor Receives New Emptying Orders From Customers, Agrees On Their Implementation And Is Responsible For Their Routing. The Contractor Also Receives And Implements Express Emptying Orders. The Contract Area Is Located In The Jätehuolto Archipelago Area Of Southwest Finland, Excluding The Uudenkaupunki Archipelago Area. There Is One (1) Part In The Procurement Notice: Contract Area A (In The Area Of Kaarina, Masku, Naantali, Parainte, Sauvo And Turku) The Request For Tender Does Not Include Emptying That Can Be Reached With A Slurry Vehicle On The Mainland Or On Islands That Are Connected By Road, Bridge Or Wharf. In The Areas In Question, However, There May Be Sites That Cannot Be Reached By A Slurry Vehicle, Which Require Emptying By Sea And Are Therefore Part Of These Archipelago Area Contracts. See The Map Appendix (Appendix 3): Lsjhs Other Contract Areas. Offers That Meet The Suitability Requirements Will Be Compared. The Selection Criteria Is Overall Economic Affordability And The Selection Is Made According To The Lowest Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements. The Choice Can Be Made According To The Lowest Price, As The Procurement Notice And The Related Contract Specify A High Quality Level For The Service. The Unit Contract Price Includes Driving The Transport Equipment To The Collection Destination Using A Vessel Or Connection Vessel, Emptying The Sludge From The Collection System Onto The Vessel Or Transport Equipment, Transporting The Sludge From The Vessel Or Transport Equipment To One Of The Specified Receiving Locations And Unloading The Load, As Well As Recording The Markings And Saving Photos In The Vehicle Terminal According To The Customers Instructions. More Detailed Tasks Related To The Contract And The Compensation To Be Paid For Additional Work Are In The Contract Model. The Winning Service Provider Is Obliged To Accept The Content Of The Contract Model As It Is.
