The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Sorting Secondary Raw Materials From The Stream Of Large-Size Waste Accepted Into The Municipal Installation Of The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Olsztyn At Ul. Piotra Poleskiego 3 (Hereinafter: Zuok) And The Collection And Management Of The Sorted Raw Materials In The Recovery Processes. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Large-Size Waste To Be Sorted Is Approximately 6,500 Mg Within 6 Months (Assumed Duration Of The Contract For The Basic Scope), I.E. The Average Monthly Volume Of Large-Size Waste Is Approximately 1,080 Mg. The Ordering Party Estimates At Least 40% Recovery From The Stream Of Large-Size Waste Accepted To Zuok In Olsztyn In A Given Month, Which Means That A Minimum Of 430 Mg Of Recyclable Waste Will Be Sorted And Exported In Each Calendar Month. 3. The Contractor Will Sort The Following Fractions From The Current Stream Of Accepted Waste With Code 20 03 07: 1) 19 12 02 - Ferrous Metals, 2) 19 12 03 - Non-Ferrous Metals, 3) 19 12 04 - Plastics And Rubber, 4) 19 12 07 - Wood. 4. The Sorted Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractor From The Zuok Installation And Then Managed By The Contractor Or Other Authorized Entities In The R3/R4/R5 Recovery Processes. The Contractor Will Submit A Declaration Informing About The Recovery Processes To Which The Sorted And Collected Secondary Raw Materials Will Be Subjected. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party - Headquarters Of Zgok Sp. Z O. O. In Olsztyn, Ul. Piotra Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 5. The Quantity Of Sorted Raw Materials Intended For Collection And Processing Under The Basic Order Is 2,700 Mg. 6. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Volume Of The Waste Stream Received Due To The High Variability Of This Stream. In The Event Of An Increase In The Waste Stream, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Consists In Increasing The Amount Of Raw Materials Intended For Collection And Management By An Additional 4,000 Mg. This Option Will Be Activated When The Volume Of Waste Intended For Collection And Management Under The Basic Order Has Been Exhausted. 7. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Sorted Raw Materials Intended For Collection And Processing Is 6,700 Mg, Including: For The Basic Order: 2,700 Mg And For The Option Order: Up To 4,000 Mg. 8. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Implemented In Particular In Accordance With The Following. Regulations: 1) Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 9. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Cooperation Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
