The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Services Consisting In Ensuring The Comprehensive Performance Of The Activity Of The Technical Supervision Of The Builder Over The Implementation Of The Construction (Tds) And The Performance Of The Safety And Health Protection Coordinator At Work On The Construction Site (Kbozp) In The Sense Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Construction Act, As Amended, (Construction Act), Act No. 309/2006 Coll., Which Regulates Other Requirements For Safety And Health Protection At Work In Labor Law Relations And On Ensuring Safety And Health Protection During Activities Or The Provision Of Services Outside Of Employment Relations (Act On Ensuring Other Conditions Of Safety And Health Protection At Work), As Amended (Ohs Act), Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., On Further Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work On Construction Sites, As Amended (Government Regulation On Ohs), And Related Valid And Effective Legal Regulations, During The Preparation And Implementation Of Construction Work At The Prostějov Indoor Pool Event. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Participation In Any Activities After The Completion And Handover Of The Prostějov Indoor Swimming Pool, Especially During Complaint Procedures.
